I have recently began training to compete in figure competitions and needed a simple everyday meal plan because my workout and work schedule are grueling enough.
The ones in stores lack the extensions I’m looking for.
i am after some plans for a shed and they have to comply to victoria standards in australia can any one please help thanks they have to be around 6m x 8m or 9m
Around 8 by 10 ft. is the size I’m looking for, if that helps.

Our teacher asked us to find some instructions or such for DIY projects in world history. I’m having a lot of trouble finding anything! Our topics are Ancient China, Ancient Greece, Ancient Egypt, and India.
We can have instructions about anything from mini clay sarcophaguses to mini models of the Colosseum, just as long as they have to do with what we have covered. Thank yall!
