I am building a base for a shed. The size of the shed is 10×15 plastic shed with a extension. the Winchester is the model by royal outdoor, the plan so far is dig 6 holes 24-36in deep and put 4x4s in each hole cement around the 4x4s cut to desired height. Bolt 2x10s to all sides with 1/2 in bolts then use 2×6 as floor joists every 12in then ¾ in plywood on top to the joists the 50 year warranty masonry board from Lowes. This shed will house a 500lb quad a 35ton log splitter and a 42in arrands garden tractor and some other odds and ends.

i want to lime my garden veg plot and i have a bag of cement render in my shed it contains lime so can i put it in my veg plot?
I had posted a question about Garden snakes but after looking at pictures of snakes I realized the snake I am talking about is not a garden. It is a garter. I also measured the skin it left behind after its shed and the thing is over 24 inches long. It lives under our porch (which is made of cement) so I have not seen it. However I have his skin so I know he is there. I want to kill this thing or at least scare him off my property. The people we got the house from said snakes have been a big problem here. We keep our grass short, and we have an exterminator come out to spray but he didn’t do anything for snakes. Any ideas on how to kill this thing?
I want to build a little retaining wall along the side of one flower bed in my garden. I’ve got an old bag of cement (open) in my garden shed. It’s been there for almost a year and is left over from some concreting I did at the beginning of the year. It’s been open since that time. Now it’s gone a few shades darker and is no longer as powdery as fresh cement, and it has a few lumps on the top.
I live in the UK and our weather is regularly damp and cold – and the shed is essentially an outside space but just protected from the rain.
Should I use it or throw it away and get a new bag? It’s almost full.
In my backyard in California I have a garden shed in my backyard that someone offered to rent out as a place to sleep. The garden shed doesn’t have a restroom and has no windows. The flooring is cement with rugs.It has electricity and a heater as well as a door with a lock. Is it illegal to rent out a garden shed? The person interested is a 20 year old girl.
The girl doesn’t cook. She claims that she can use the restroom inside the house.
I feel sorry enough for the girl that I would be willing not to charge her to live in the shed at all.
