Woodchuck vs. Garden Shed?

September 6th, 2010 Leave a comment Go to comments

We built a shed on our property about 4 weeks ago. We used #2 gravel for the base. We now have a family of woodchucks that keep burrowing under the shed. They are kicking the stones out and making a terrible mess. We keep filling in their tunnels and they keep remaking them. How do I keep these little buggers out from under my shed?

very difficult to rid the property of them. The only thing that worked for me (dont laught) was fox urine from a hunting/sport goods store. Poured some around the openings & they left within a day. There are 3 openings they make, 1 entrance is where you’ll see piles around it, the other 2 are escape exits. Their tunnels go up & down to prevent flooding, smart animals but a pain in the u know what.
